Due to new government restrictions all classes in the Club are cancelled from 6pm on Friday 9th October until Sunday 25th October.
However, we have spoken to our instructors and are pleased to be able to offer the following classes to members online, via Zoom.
- Monday HIIT (18.30-19.15)
- Tuesday Yoga (10.00-11.15)
- Wednesday HIIT (12.30-13.15)
- Wednesday Body Balance (18.30-19.30)
- Thursday Yoga (18.30-19.30)
- Friday Pilates (10.10-10.55)
- Friday Pilates (11.15-12.00)
Book your class:
To access the class, you will still be required to book in as numbers are restricted to ensure the instructor can monitor the class for everyone’s safety. This can still be done in the normal way through our members area on the website.
Download zoom and enter link for access:
To access the classes, you will have to download the “Zoom” app onto your mobile/laptop/iPad etc. Once you have downloaded the app, and booked into your class on our website, you will enter the specific link to access your zoom class. The link can be found under the members area of our website, under ‘Class and Pool Booking System’, then “Fitness Class bookings “. Clicking on this link will give you access to the class. Please only use this link and access the class once you have a confirmed booking.
We hope to get classes back running in the Club as soon as we can.
