Friday Tai Chi class will be doing Mindfulness, followed by Tai Chi exercises, where the participants will experience self-awareness and calmness for daily life. The class will mainly practice the following:
- Mindfulness
- Five Animal Mimic
- Eight Pieces of Brocade
- Muscle Tendon Changing
- Various of Yang Style Tai Chi
