Magda discovered her love for Pilates while working as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer at a local gym. Her passion lies in sharing the joy and benefits of Pilates with others. As she often says, “Pilates is for everybody — it’s incredibly adaptable, whether you’re young or mature, short or tall, slim or curvy, highly flexible or working with joint limitations.” In her classes, Magda emphasizes mindful movement while still embracing the fun and challenge of exercise. She strives to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where participants can enjoy their ‘me time’ and focus on their personal well-being.
