Mindful Tai Chi
Tai Chi class will be doing Mindfulness, followed by Tai Chi exercises, where the participants will experience self-awareness and calmness for daily life. The class will practice the following: Mindfulness, Five Animal Mimic, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Muscle Tendon Changing and Various of Yang Style Tai Chi. This class will enhance the immune system, reduce stress, ease joint pain and help build strength and stamina.
An up temp class, combining ballet positions and Pilates exercises. A great way to tone, increase flexibility and mobility. The class is a hybrid of both Ballet and Pilates, combining movement to music with the key principles of Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.
